一个杀人犯被受害人的家属追赶，狼狈地逃到尼罗河畔，迎面撞见了一头狮子，他急忙爬到岸边的树上躲起来。不料，在树上又看到一条大蟒蛇在不断向他靠近。情急之下，他只好跳到河中躲避蟒蛇，结果却成了鳄鱼的食物。
天网恢恢，疏而不漏。
A Man committed a murder，and was pursued by the relations of the man whom he murdered. On his reaching the river Nile he saw a lion on its bank and being fearfully afraid，climbed up a tree. He found a serpent in the upper branches of the tree，and again being greatly alarmed，he threw himself into the river，where a crocodile caught him and ate him.
